11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy on our website and update the effective date at the top. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.broker who knows what underwriters are looking for, has strong carrier relationships, and communicates clearly throughout the process. That is exactly where Fernstone adds value.

Our experience with more than 50 garage customers gives us practical perspective on how these accounts are reviewed and quoted. We understand the pressure points in this class, the questions that slow deals down, and the issues that can make a risk more difficult than it looks at first glance. That helps us move faster and set expectations more clearly from the start.

Customer service is a real part of the value here, not just a line on a website. When a business owner asks for an update, needs help gathering information, or wants to understand what a carrier is asking for, they should not have to wait days for a response. Fernstone responds to customers in under 24 hours because that level of responsiveness actually matters during the quoting process.
